Can anyone tell me if they have used the Port of Miami Shuttle Service?

We are flying into Ft. Lauderdale, but our cruise (Freedom of the Seas) is out of Miami. The Royal Caribbean roundtrip transfer fee is $50.00 p.p. (and must be picked up at the airport). The van service will charge us $40.00 p.p. roundtrip with gratuity included (or $20.00 one way). Plus we are arriving one day prior to cruise and the van service will pick us up directly at the hotel and we won't have to go back to the airport.
So if anyone has used them, can you tell me are they okay and reputable?
