Hotle near P. Roma

We will be arriving by air on the 19th of September 2008, after nearly 36 hours of travel and would like a hotel for one night prior to our cruise. Is there a decent, moderately priced hotel we can reach without having to drag suitcases over bridges etc. I heard staying near P. Roma is the easiest for both arrival and catching the cruise ship shuttle the next day.

Sorry, i should have stated that P. Roma is in Venice, Italy

If you do not walk the steps, than I would recommend this hotel. It is situated directly at the Piazzale Roma.
