looking to find the least expensive and quickest way to get from Miami Internatinal airport to the Port of Miami,can anyone help me out with this?

Simple...a taxi. They have a set rate from the airport to the port, which is currently a flat rate of $24 for up to 5 passengers in one cab, not including tip.
