Miami Hotel to Port Transfer - BEWARE

For transportation from the Red Roof Inn at Miami Airport (who incidentally has FREE shuttle to the port). FLL Shuttle billed us IMMEDIATELY in July (the wrong amount actually, which they said they would credit the difference about three weeks ago). They never showed up. I was on the phone with them while in the Red Roof Inn shuttle, and they reluctantly said I would receive a credit. So far, nothing. Funny how they billed us IMMEDIATELY but cannot credit us in a timely manner. And American Express says we cannot contest the charge as it was in July!
