Seattle Airport and Taxis

I need some information. I am planning to take a taxi from Seattle Airport to Pier 66 for a cruise and was wondering if anyone has done this? Are the rates high for two people and are the taxis easy to get one? Also, has anyone taken one from the Pier back to the airport? Are they easy to get amongst the crowds of people? I am debating between taking a taxi or doing the transfers with Celebrity.

I'd recommend the cruise line shuttle in lieu of a taxi, as it is quite a distance from SeaTac airport into the city. Pier 66 is right downtown. Another possibility is Shuttle Express, a van shuttle; we used them 5 years ago for a Seattle-based cruise. At the time it cost $25 for the two of us to get into town. The per-person rate is higher for just one person, but a second person traveling with you gets a big break on the rate.

Thanks. It would seem easier to just take a taxi. I don't want to deal with the possibility of waiting a long time to board. I heard the taxi had a flat rate of $30 to the pier.

If anyone else has any input I would appreciate it.
