Fort Lauderdale de-barkation help please?

"Ahoy!!" First-timer looking for help: We arrive back in port (Fort Lauderdale)Sat. Apr. 2 at 7am - OASIS of the Seas. Our flight is at 1:30pm from FLL.

What's my timing like? And what are my best options for getting from the ship to the airport on that day?

Hi there Jargy3000. You should encounter no problems whats so ever with your timing of flight.
One thing you can do is check on board to see if you can arrange to have your luggage tagged for your airline carrier so that when you put it out the evening before, it will go the the airport and also get your boarding pass printed up for you as well..The extra small cost is well worth it.
If you have not arranged for RCI to handle your trans to and from the airport, you can easily get a cab after you exit customs. Its a short ride to the airport so you'll have plenty of time.
We were recently on Princess and got off around 8:30am and had plenty of time to be at the airport for a Noon flight home.

Hi Jargey.

The 1:30 flight shouldn't be a problem. Like Peter stated, after you get your bags, just go outside to the taxi stand. Taxis are lined up and waiting, as they know what days that ships unload. It's about a 10 minute ride to the Fort Lauderdale Airport from Port Everglades.
