Does anybody know of a hotel that lets you park your vehicle in thier lot for the entire lenght of your cruise if you rent a room the day before you depart.

The Springhill Suites by Marriott and Jacksonville Plaza Hotel and Suites are airport Park & Fly. They offer up to two weeks parking and charge for their shuttle to the cruise pier.

cruiser - you can also do an internet search for "snooze and cruise" or "stay and cruise" or something similar in the port town. Another place to look is the port's website - many times they have links to hotels offering amenities.
