Default Alternate means to ship in San Juan from Airport
Other than taxi's are there any shuttles etc to the dock? Any updated info. woul;d be appreciated

You could try Go Puerto Rico Shuttle. (google it). However; taxi rates are set and are very reasonable. From airport to piers it should be about $19 plus maybe extra for luggage and a tip.
