Question Port of Miami
It has been awhile since I have been to this Port. We were looking for a really nice Hotel near the Pier for 2 days. Somewhere we could do some site seeing perhaps a 4 or 5 Star ? Does anyone know of a nice Hotel they would recommend? If I remember the Airport is about 20 miles from the Pier would that be correct? Are we far from the Everglades to do an Air Boat, we loved that in Cape Canaveral when we were there in Nov, fun day! Appreciate an suggestions or advice.

A couple years ago we stayed at the Hilton Downtown Miami and it was very nice.

MIA is 8 miles from the port.

Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay is a nice hotel looking right at the port and the causeway.

Dave & Nadine,
Thank you both. I will check these two out. If we wanted to do an airboat in the everglade's would that be far away ??

Google 'Gator Park'. It is about 25 miles from the port area.
