Transportation from the Venice cruise terminal to Marco Polo airport in Venice

I'l have a cruise with Princess on October this year. Venice will be the last disembarking port. I like to know the best and fastest way to get to the airport since I will have a early flight. I saw a similar question posted by Sang last year, but it's not very clear to me. Please advice. Thanks.

Take the shuttle bus from your ship to Piazzale Roma . Than take ATVO airport bus from the Piazzale Roma. The blue express coaches normally start running at 5 a.m. and take 20 minutes to reach the airport departure terminal. Fares are low, and you can buy your ticket from the driver. See fares and check the timetable.
