parking in San Francisco?

Hi
Does anyone have any suggestions on parking in San Francisco? We're driving up from Los Angeles for the 10 day Alaska cruise in August. I was wondering if there are any Park/ride facilities where you can make reservations online? If not, any suggestions on where to park at a resonable price?

The only convenient and secured parking I'm aware of is at the cruise terminal. It runs $14. per day. If you're coming in ahead of time some hotels at port cities have free parking for cruise passengers. I don't know of any in SF and doubt if any exist for a city with such a high premium on real estate, unless they're the finest of hotels.

This website gives you a couple options. Also, there are four hotels in San Francisco that have Stay&Parks. Comfort Suites on East Grand Ave, Double Tree on Airport Blvd, Good Nite Inn on Airport Blvd, and Radisson on Sierra Point. You could stay at one of these hotels the night before your cruise and for the cost of your stay you can leave your car for up to two weeks. They will shuttle you to the airport. From the airport you could then get taxi to the port.
