Getting from the Stockholm port into town

Hello Everyone!!!!

After leaving the Royal Princess at Stockholm, what is the cheapest option for getting into the city?

And just how do you go about it?

Where is the ship docking? On our trip we anchored at Nynashamn (tendered in). There is a train into Stockholm. The station is at the left end of the dock. It takes about an hour into the city.

If you're docking in the cruise terminal in Stockholm the absolute cheapest is to walk to the nearest subway station which is Stureplan, and take it to the Central Station.

But if you have a lot of luggage it wouldn't cost too much with a taxi either.

Have taken your advice on board Will be anchored at Nynashamn, so we will be tendered to the dock. And as we will have just a suitcase each, might just subway it into town. Von

If you're anchoring at Nynashamn, you will not be tendered into the dock of Stockholm, but into the port of Nyneshamn. Nyneshamn is a smaller city located some 60 km south of Stockholm. Try this link for some transport information:
