Calm seas on the Mediterranean

I have only been on a 3 day Mexico cruise a long time ago where the weather was perfect and ocean calm. I am trying to decide on a Mediterranean cruise (between HAL on Prinsendam visiting Italy, Spain and France or Princess on the Royal Princess visiting Croatia and Italy). I was just wondering if anyone has experienced any bad weather there (June/July timeframe). I don't want my family to be sick for two weeks. Thanks.

Hi, culater,
in June / July the weather is quite good in the Mediterranean. The sea smooth and calm, as we learned on some cruises. The Prinsendam is a big ship, so you will feel well.

Thanks Uwe. I was thinking it seemed like a good time to travel on a ship, unlike the Caribbean where we hear so many stories. Thanks.
