I will be spending 3 nights in Rome before my cruise and wonder if anyone knows the best way to hook up with some kind of tour that gets one into the Vatican, Sistine Chapel etc and bypass the lines. Thanks kim

What cruise line are you taking? I was in Rome in 2004 before my Princess cruise and booked a pre-cruise excursion to Vatican City and the Sistine chapel through them that was excellent. The hotel we were staying at had a tour desk where you could book tours through them.
