International Phone Card Recommendations

Hi All,

We are scheduled for a Cruise that starts in Copenhagen and end up in Rome. Were visiting lots of countries (Denmark, France, Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar, etc) and need experienced travelers to recommend an international phone card that will allow us to call the states at reasonable rates from most of these countries.

I am not sure about those countries but in Italy you can buy a great card for five Euros at any corner store.
Most people reccomend you just get them in the country you are visiting and say its to call the US.
