The "Linea Napoli-Ercolano-Pompeji-Sorrento" leaves Napoli central station (Piazza Garibaldi) weekdays at AM 8:22, 8:39, 9:09, 9:39, 10:09 and so far. Running time to Ercolano: 19 minutes, to Pompeji 38 minutes and to Sorrent 1 hour and seven minutes. The railways name is "Circumvesuviana".
The ticket fare to Sorrento ist 2,50 Euro one way.In Sorrento, close to the station, is the bus stop SITA for Positano-Praiano-Amalfi (60 Minutes; ticket fare 1,70 Euro.
