Rome Catacombs to Jewish ghetto

Hi,
I will be in Rome for one day on August 2 (arriving on the Norqwegian Jewel). I want to do 2 things:
See the Catacombs
Go to the Jewish Ghetto
After slaving away for several hours I figured out that I should take the A line to Colli Albani and then bus 660. And from there to get to the Jewish area I should take bus 118 to Metro line B and get off at circo massimo and walk.
Is it possible to do this in one day?
How do I get from the ship to line A, and from the Jewish area back to the ship, and how long does each leg take?
