I never used the Cruise- tours, so i can't say if they are good or not. I used private driver for the tours I made in Florence and Naples.
I do not remember the company name but in Florence it was Massimiliano Longo and in Naples Giuseppe de Toro.

I can say that i really spend two fantastic days!
