mediterranian cruise

Hi Me and my husband both in our early thirties are looking into a mediterranian cruise. The only cruise ship which is sailing on our preferred dates is the Star clipper- Star flyer. Since this our first cruise ever and our first vacation together without our kids, we want to make the most of our 10 days...Any suggestions on the cruise liner and cruise would be appreciated

The Star Clipper is great. I did two weeks on her in the Southern Caribbean a few years back. I am not sure if she would make a good first cruise, or not though. The food is excellent, but there is limited entertainment and other amenities.

What part of the Med are you looking to cruise (Eastern/Western?)

Farah, you probably know this by now, but Star Clippers are not cruise "liners" but sailing ships - with sails. They would be a wonderfully romantic type of ship to sail in the Med., but Tom's right, they may not be right for a first-time cruiser - unless you happen to be sailboat afficionados!
