Livorno

Hi all i have been reading some of the reports the place does not sound to good. can anyone suggest a tour and the best way to get around , threw the cruise ship tours or on yooy own first time there thank u

Mike... the cruise ships stop in Livorno not because of Livorno but because its the closest they can get to Pisa, Florence and the Tuscany area. Pisa is about a 15 min train ride from Livorno, Florence is about 45mins to an hour. Florence is worth the trip. You can also get to other wonderful tucan areas, just read some of the other posts here.
