Ah, finally cruisers are discovering Ischia. I love both Capri and Ischia but perhaps the latter has less of the day tripper problems. For a day its quite a stretch as most visitors spend a week there "doing the baths" , visting the towns such as Sant'Angelo, Forio and the Poseidon therme/baths.
