transfer from rail station lucia in venice to ship

will be sailing on zuiderdam from venice late august...need to know the best and most reasonable way to get from rail station lucia with luggage to the ships port..thanks in advance

Well, believe it or not probably the most convenient way is to simply grab a taxi (this part of Venice has land taxis). You could also walk to he Piazale Roma where there are free shuttle buses to the cruise terminal.

still a bit confused about getting to the port in venice from the st lucia train station. Are there in fact land taxis outside the train station to the port or are they at the maestre station. I have read other blogs and no one mentions land taxis at st lucia...only vaparrotos (sp) water taxis, or walking to p roma? what would be the approximate cost for a land taxi...thanks in advance
