We are in our early sixties and taking our first cruise to Western Med. We stop in Livorno and Naples. Is it worth a trip to Pompeii/Sorrento? Is it difficult walking in Pompeii? Is there a reasonable tour company to offer tours from these ports?

Also, does one get seasick on a hydrofoil?

Thanks so much.

Just coming from med cruise In Naples we used sorrentosilverstar for Pompeii Positano and Sorrento We started off quite early in the Morning 8:00am, but every minute of the day was worth. the first stop ( 2 hours) was at Pompeii ruins, where a licensed guide was waiting for us. We then went to Sorrento and Positano. We had a wonderful excursion, great and skilful driver. I would recommend Massimo to anyone looking for a guide/driver in Naples.
