I am traveling on the May 27th cruise out of Southampton. Has anyone been to Vigo, La Rochelle, Lisbon, and or St. Peter's Port? I am trying to decide whether to go on the line excursions or on my own. I will have my mother with me who is slightly limited with her mobility.
