Rome excursion on Disney cruiseline

We will be in Rome in about 10 days and have signed up for a 12 hour excursion that goes to the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Coliseum, and Vatican museums. We have a 7 and 9 year old and we planned to bring them. What are thoughts about our girls coming?

We just returned from European cruise on Holland America and during our stop at Civitavecchia we took a tour of Rome that sounds just like the one you have planned. I have to tell you that our tour had ALOT of walking. It was really great but that is alot to see in one day. We were absolutely exhausted when we returned from the ship. Would we do it again? YES! Our guide was great but we didn't stop along the way much and rest stop breaks were few and far between. Rome was VERY busy that day. I know you will feel like you have to keep your children is sight at all times. Have a great and safe time! Our trip was just MAGICAL!
