Clock Tower in Messina

Does anyone know how long of a walk it is from the dock to the Clock Tower in Messina that goes off at noon? We want to take a 1:00 tour to Taormina, but wonder if there will be time to walk back to the ship and grab a quick bite to eat before we have to meet for the tour.

Go to Google Maps and do a search for messina, italy clock tower. The map will put a pin locator as to its location. Switch to satellite mode and zoom in to about 3 lines below the plus sign. You will see the cruise ships and the clock tower which appears to be about a ten minute walk.
