Take Aerobus at the Barcelona Airport

We are planning to take the Aerobus at the Barcelona Airport to get to our hotel. Does the driver provide change to a 20 Euro bill or we have to provide the exact fare amount and deposit into some kind of a box on the bus?
(We may not be able to get Euro coins from the money changer in our own country).
