Honfleur, France

One of the stops on our next cruise (Copenhagen to Athens) at the end of July is Le Havre. Not wanting to spend more time on a bus than touring, we are avoiding Paris. (We will visit that great city one of these days.) We have checked various websites, including Honfleur's, and figured that it would be a worthwile stop. Can someone give us some "real life" feedback on this city?
