Baltic port guides

We are going on a Baltic cruise in June and want to book some private tours. Any suggestions as to good guides?

If you are staying in St Petersburg I can tell you we used Denrus and had a guide, driver and car for 2 days. Top notch, we saw so much more than on a tour bus, by passed lines at many of the sites..it was wonderful and you can design your own tour to what you want to do. Just Google Denrus. Trip Advisor is also a good place to read others reviews they have a 5 star in Trip Advisor.
