Has anyone had recent experience of using private guide with car for St.Petersburg?

We wish to visit Hermitage, Pushkin, Pavlosk and Peterhof over 2 days when on Constellation sailing in August and the tours offered by Celebrity dont allow this, so looking for alternatives.
