As princess do not offer a shore excursion that includes both the House of the virgin Mary and the Terrace houses, I have contacted Meander Travel (positive reports on this forum)for a day trip that includes Ephesus and the terrace houses, St John Bascilica, Museum and the house of the Virgin Mary. The price is

$96pp for 6 people.
