Hello there..just a warning.

I have been terribly sick the last 12 hours and went to the doctor this morning. I have Shigella that she is pretty sure I got from eating fresh produce while in port in Mexico last week. My husband, who we thought left the boat with the flu has ecoli. Also contracted from produce while off the ship at port the doctor believes.

Stick to cooked foods and canned sodas.

The only produce I can think of that we ate was salsa, and guacamole..both had at each port. I avoided salads but never even thought about the salsa or guac.
