We went the second week or so in May on RCCL and I saw maybe 4 young kids the whole week. We did the Western Caribbean cruise. There were kids more like 18-24 that had just graduated high school or college and this was their "graduation gift". There were still only a handful of those. So, I think it's a lot about timing. Def. not Carnival!
