Mercy...why would anyone want a chain restaurant on a cruise ship!? Whats next...WALMART? If they start putting all kinds of chain crap on the ships....I'll have to upgrade and get away from mass market cruises...Oceania and Regent here I come.!
oh daddyx2 you do make me laugh
your recommendations are unbiased arn't they ?
ok you make a fair point about not wanting chain restaurants ...it just that I get a little suspicious when you plug upmarket cruise lines...I apologise if I am wrong.
I think the problem is if they put it on a cruise ship:
Will they charge you for it like J Rockets at RCCL?
Ok I don't see a problem by just having them is better if you can have more options but, as I see it, many cruise lines are starting to charge you for food. A woopper (BK) is something you could get near your house at a better price!!!
I like McDonalds and I can pay good money for a Mac Combo if I want to, but I don't pay my car $2000 dollars to get me there!!!
If you are on a ship you have no option besides their restaurants and if they charge you for the food...
What good is going on cruise??
I can stay at home or even better go to a caribbean island and stay in a good hotel and do the same...for less money
I'll know I am on the wrong cruise line when I hear someone ask "I wonder if they have a Subway on board?" as we are checking in. What's next, naming ships like they do stadiums with the sponsor name? I can see it now....RCI unveiled it's new ship today, the Verizon Of The Seas. Or perhaps the "Carnival Gordita - presented by Taco Bell".
