Take the blindfold test. Put a Pizza Hut pizza in a food processor and chop finely. Place a McDonald's hamburger in a food processor and chop finely. Now put a blindfold over your eyes and have some one serve you a spoonful of the stuff, not telling you what it is. You will not be able to tell which is which. Which serves to prove that its all the same old crap.
Chef you are so right about fast food. I did watch a special on the McDonald's empire last night and it is nothing short of brilliant how that company runs. I don't thing they'll admit it but they are counting on the fact that the majority of people have uneducated taste buds and you can fool some of the people most of the time... or is it most of the people some of the time..."well the thing is you can't get fooled."
Maybe this idea of having a chain restaurant on a cruise ship may not work out for the best. You would want something nice; but it would be so easy to end up with fast food at sea
Not a One..... Why go on a cruise and eat what you can eat at home. This is the time for experimenting and trying new things. For the faint of heart, there's always the pizza & burgers on the Lido.
