trying to check out online excursions

Im trying to check out the shore excurions on the celebritycruises.com and for some reason I cannot access it. I put in the ships name, the date, and the reservation #, which I would assume is the confirmation # on our confirmation form. Is it because we booked it about 3 hours ago that I cannot get through? Does it take awhile to go through? Any help would be appreciated.
