MrOctober - if you put a 12 in each hand, you get your 24oz, and dont have to worry about switching....Me, I would go for the full 32oz workout(16 left, 16 right) but then, I have been at this a few years.
Just think--you can cruise Princess and work out with two Grolch 20 oz.'ers; and they are in glass bottles; so that's a full 40 oz.+ workout! Whew . . .makes me tired just thinking about it; think I need a beer.
Actually Mr. O, nobody has ever said anything about the Gtolch by the pool; maybe I just look like the careful type. Besides, the bottles are pretty thick; you'd almost have to try to break one.
Whatever work out we choose, I am sure that the carbs will be building during the week. All the 12's, 16, 20's sound like my kind of exercise. Nine sunsets and one glorious sunrise on the Explorer 4/8/07. I hope to be at the ship early enough to hold a sign for Goin' Cruisin' to welcome him back. Also, perhaps I can relieve him of some weight in the form of the unused grape that he packed for the cruise. NOT !
