Prior to our 10/29 transatlantic cruise, we will be flying from Dublin to Milan on Alitalia.

Does anyone know whether Alitalia allows garmnent bags to be carried on their planes, and stored in overhead bins. Our bag folds nicely, that is, it doesn't take up much room.

Also, can someone provide me with guidance as to excess baggage charges from Alitalia.

I appreciate your response to my questions.
