It used to be that you could count on getting your docs about a month out. But now the norm seems to be about 2 weeks and I have even gotten them as late as 1 week before (particularly when air is involved).

I booked a Princess cruise with Vacationstogo and I picked up my tickets at the pier. I did however get a pre cruise package from Princess about 6 weeks before the cruise with forms to fill out and tour package options.
