Countdown ticker

This may be a really dumb questions but - here goes. Does anyone know if I can put my ticker on the desktop of my computer so I can see it everyday, or does it just work to put it in here?

I don't know how to do it, but I am sure can be done. If you have a constant connection, ie cable. Maybe you should ask the Ticker maker for the technical advice and maybe they know.

I'm sure there's something out there that allows you to have a ticker on your PC. Let us know, sounds like a cool thing to have.

What I would like to know how to do is to remove your Cruise Ticker after you have returned from your cruise.

I have returned from my cruise about 2 weeks ago, and the cruise ticker is still there, saying I have left for my cruise and it last said [-14 days].

So, does anyone know how to remove a cruise ticker?

In the system tray on the lower right by your clock, you will see an icon for Timeleft. Right click on the icon. Click on options and tell Timeleft NOT to start automatically

There's no such icon in my system tray.

It's been on my desktop for a year and now I can find no way to get rid of it.

Can't find it in "add/remove programs".

I've tried everything I can think of.

Have you tried going to your "run program" option and looking at your config.sys? There should be a tab for start up programs. Find it in there and uncheck it. Then restart your computer and see what happens.

I think that is how it goes. I am mostly a Mac user these days but still dabble with Windows.
