We are going on a cruise in December. We will be at St. Thomas, Tortola, Grand Turks and Half moon Cay. Do we need any kind of lightweight jackets for the Islands in the evening or on the ship. I don't want to pack anymore than I have to. Thanks

DEM, I always suggest that folks take a light jacket or shawl for women. Evenings outdoors can be cool and/or windy, and it's likely you'll be outdoors. There can be movies or dancing under the stars, late night buffets outside, or just those romantic walks in the moonlight! Also, some public rooms tend to get over air conditioned, so a jacket could come in handy there, too.
