Cruise Discounters/Brokers ?? I need advice!!

Hello. Does anyone have any advice, warnings, or any info about cruise companies on the web. Companies such as Cruise.Com, CruiseDirect.Com, CruisesOnly.Com, and all the others on the web. Are they safe and reliable to book with? How can I tell they are legit? How are their deals, compared with AAA and the cruise websites?? Any info is helful. Thanks, Lori

I use cruises only and have for about the last 10-12 years. I have had no problems at all. I do it over the phone, I have an agent I deal and I prefer to do the booking over the phone as opposed to the internet. I can't comment on the others.

Hi Lori,
For our past two cruises, I have used cruiseweb.com to book. I have always felt uncomfortable about booking with travelocity or expedia because I would just be $$$ to them. Both times, I was assigned to two great travel agents who always answered any questions I had and were great about responding to emails or phone calls. In no way am I affiliated with this company! But they made me feel comfortable and I had much confidence in them!
