When getting a quote online and you're asked to put in the total amount, do you also add your airfare in that amount if are purchasing your own airfare or is it just the cruise total? Also, do you add hotel amount in if you are doing a pre/post vacation?

I put everything in - air, cruise, hotel, etc. After all, if something happens it will probably affect the whole package and not just the cruise.
