I would like to know which of the high end luxury cruise lines, if any, offer internet access in their staterooms.

Not sure about the other lines but some of the Carnival ships have ship wide WiFi.

Not Luxury line but Oceania has it in the Suites & provide laptops as well for in cabin use .
I think you can get hook up for the other cabins for a fee.
Silverseas ,Crystal, Seabourn have cabin access

Mitchell- Many of the cruise lines are offering WiFi access on their ships. And it is not restricted in any way to "high end" lines. This is also changing so fast that you would really need to contact the cruise line you are interested in cruising on and ask.
