Weather conditions Western Mediteranian & Atlantic crossing

We will be cruising the Western Mediteranian from Rome to Maderia, Nov. 12-27 and crossing the Atlanic Nov.28-Dec.4 to Ft. Lauderdale. We would appreciate information on temperatures, weather conditions and precipitation we might expect at that time of year.

The Western Med should be fine but I would suspect possibly heavy seas on the crossing if there is any weather in the North Atlantic (which is a good possibility in late November)
