I was looking at cruises from Los Angeles to Mexico and have just found out ( by chance ) that the RCI ship I was considering has a large group of people that I think call themselves an adult lifestyles club.
This made me think that there must be other large groups/clubs that book a cruise including groups from forums like Cruise Chat.
Is there a way of finding out about large groups of people who have booked a cruise, what ship they are on and what they represent.I think cruiselines would not want to provide this sort of information in case it puts people off however I would prefer to know if a large group of people had booked a cruise I was thinking of going on so I could make an informed choice.
Hello jack2007; Cruise Travel magazine occasionally will have a listing of "theme" and "special interest" cruises; other than that I don't know where you could find this information on a regular basis.
"Adult lifestyles" is a little off-putting, isin't it.
Aside from Cruise Travel (an excellent source by the way), I've resorted to search for my ship and cruise date on Google. So far, I've been lucky, but I have seen a few come up from time to time when checking this out for others.
LHP used to know of a site. I think it quit working though. You could just call the Cruise Line and ask as another alternative possibly. The Google search that Lisa noted is something I do as well.
