Yes, the Sovereign of the Seas which sails to the Bahamas on 3 and 4 night excursions out of Port Canaveral, FL has two movie theatres on deck 2. I know several of the other Royal Caribbean ships have them- maybe even all of them. I just know about the SOS because we are sailing her Oct 19.

HOlland America ships have movie theaters. Disney also - though of course their fare is Disney-related (some of the PG ones included as well).

Celebrity Constellation which sails Southern Caribbean starting in October, ahs a beautiful cinema onboard. Holds about 125 people. Only problem is, there's not much time to use the theater with all the other things going on.

I've only been on one cruise ship, so I don't know if some have separate movie theater's or not, but RCCL's Rhapsody of the Seas uses it's main theater as a movie theater as well.
