Hurricane season ends November 30th. I think you're safe. Yes, you're right about Florida and the Caribbean. I was kidding about the storms creating 40 foot swells. I've been on over 30 cruises and never experienced anything close to that. I did a cruise out of Los Angeles in October of 2004, and the seas were calm. A picture is like a thousand words CALM SEAS
