Are you refering to the Raddison Hotel near the airport? If so, they might provide courtesy transportation. Most of the big hotels near the airport have their own shuttle busses.

We were just in Pc last October and we are leaving for there in 2 weeks. Although, we are driving, I have seen the Radisson. Its very close to the port. (within 2 miles) I am sure they may have a transfer that will pick you up @ the airport. They also have a free shuttle to the ship port that day you sail. Although it doesn't apply to you, you can also leave your car there for free if you drive instead of paying the 10-12 day for parking @ the port, and they will shuttle you back and forth.
