Concerned about the QM2.

Hi,
On the Cunard facebook page a disgrutled passenger who has just done a transatlantic crossing on QM2 says he was disappointed and that the ship was looking run down and "tired". My family and I are doing a crossing in October and are worried about his comments. What does everyone think?

I wouldn't worry about one disgruntled passenger.
She was just refurbished in 2008.
